Reach for the crumbs… You don’t have to be anyone special, you don’t even have to be worthy. All you need, is to be willing. All it takes is a crumb. The lady in this story had a demon possessed daughter. Hopeless, incurable. But she was not Jewish! She had no “right” to approach Jesus, a Jew, and ask for help. She was nothing in their eyes. Yet she knew that even just a crumb would meet her need. Just a crumb. Everyone is worth a crumb. You don’t have to be worthy, because the crumbs from Jesus are all you need. Nothing else matters, He is able to touch you where you need it most, with only a crumb. All you need, is to be willing. Ask for but a crumb, believing that it is enough.
